looking good.
I'd peel off some of paper layer and scribe some brickwork or carve out bullet holes here and there.
Also, consider applying a coat of filler for realism:

Also, if you intend to continue working with foamboard, consider getting yourself a rabbet cutter. That way your corners won't show the foam.

first paint attempt. the base paint I got was way more yellow then I meant for it to be so I did my best to salvage it. will probably get a new color and try again.

I do not know the cost of this, but a sharp blade and a ruler do also work! Just dont push to hard. ;)
But if its cheap it will save you quite some time!
Best thing is that your buildings will be much stronger if glued together this way!
