Large peasant hut/ trainstation perhaps I'm constructing some bits and pieces for this purpose. Needs a different paintjob and some signs

Belgian,
These look nice. I really like the oil derrick. I think that the houses need some dry brushing in lighter colors like grey or very light brown. The thatch roofs for sure. Just a little folliage would make them pop more as well. I wouldn't touch the oil derrick as they were environmental disasters anyway lol :'( lol

I agree, with a drybrush, these buildings will look very good ;-)
beware tough : Back of beyond is very addictive ;-)

Thanks for the nice comments, the buildings will undergo some repainting and drybrushing.
@Ardbeg: To be honest, now I want to game back of beyond grand style, but it will probably end up in a closet!
Cheers
