The roofs are plastic sheets I bought from a french seller at the Crisis/Antwerp. If you heat them at about 100°C you can bend them around a tube. ;)

Yep, there it is! But be aware that this quy doesn't know how to use a ruler, so even if you buy multiples of the same sheet, you could get different sizes of tiles. And it doesn't help to talk to him... :(
Hello, I know how to use a rule(ruler) but it is necessary to recognize that to Crisis, it is difficult to tidy up that every time a customer after the disorder!
I know, you already had them in your thread a month ago! ;)
But mine are cheaper! About 1 Euro for the roof and 1 Euro for the rest (card, plaster, plasticard) per house. :D
They will, of course, need a bit more work. ;)
But I think that it is worth it, don't you?
Nothing to say about it? Nothing to criticize? :o
An excellent gift, too.
MUCH better than socks!

In addition, I have a big doubt about the color of the tiles of your home. Here are some pictures of the village of my wife in Fujian :
This shows that it is possible (and was before) to produce blue tiles in China.
Nice build.
Very clever!

I bet it would float nicely too.
(Have you been playing with it in the bath.....?).
;)
Great built, Ben! Love it! You have hands of gold, my friend!
What is the arched cover made of? I recognise the pattern, but I cannot place it.
PS: Is that a little Cthulhu Skull in the basket?? :D
It is time for me to paint my tugboat! :)
I assume by your introduction that you live in Germany. There is that fun park Phantasialand in Brühl. Have a look there at the Geister-Rikscha and the theatre. The tiles used to build their roofs were donated by the people of China and are originals from over there. If I am not totally wrong I seem to remember a kind of turqoise colour.
Oooh, stonking build, but it looks like a very leaky vessel.
Jesus these are great, the buildings and especially the boat. Fantastic, well done Ben. Is it possible to have a quick post on how you built the boat???
Got it, thanks. What gave the tents their texture?
Great use of acorn caps (?)(eikel-hoedje) for the baskets!
Nice, but does you're wife know about this date?
... as tomorrow I'm going for lunch with the mother in law... ::)
It's the texture of the fibreglass wallpaper. I used the rest of the wallpaper as the background for the fotos on page 3!
wall paper is not popular here
