We had another crack at using the Bolt Action rules, a simple scenario with a couple of smaller size forces this time. We like the way the rules work, and with some very careful tweaking, and playtesting, we could be onto a winner.
Here's a couple of shots, more piccys on me blog thing

Fine looking game.
I have always been interested in the SCW.
Just have not purchased any figures.
Too many periods already.
With that said, please finish your boat on your blog.
Would love to have a couple if you mold it up.

Great photos and amazing paintjobs!

Great paintjobs, although I'm especially drawn to your Guardia Civil. And I like the Triumph shirt as well! :)

Great pics... they really add to the game to have a model POV shot like these

Truly great, I'm amazed! :)

Great looking figures :-*

Great games with some nice pictures and very well painted miniatures :)
Is it possible to know how you rated the different SCW troop types ?

Great looking game!
But you know what is missing? An SCW pilot figure!
As it happens we had maestro Paul Hicks sculpt one for an earlier edition of Crisis ( Rodolphe de Grunne -de Hemricourt, a Belgian pilot who flew in the SCW) and I still got about half a dozen left.
So if anyone wants a really nicely sculpted SCW pilot in flying kit PM me and I'll send you one.
