Title: Traveller TNE RCES heavy battledress?

Howdy gentlefolk.

I am trying to locate a 25-28mm mini that closely fits the image below. Could any of you please point me to such a miniature?

The head is removable so you could replace it with a standard head.

I love TNE. It is a really great setting for roleplaying. Visiting the remains of a shattered high tech society makes for great locations, it provides an excuse to go around shooting people to make things better, and I even like Virus!
