Title: My new army: Spartacus in 15mm Update 22/05/2013

Hi everyone.
It's been a very long time since I've posted anything. I've just finished painting a Thirty Years War army, and now another project is starting. I've always wanted to paint a Spartacus army. I know it's not about the results, but simply about the joy of collecting minis and painting them.
I've chosen mainly a mix of Corvus Belli and Xyston, and I've finished a unit of untrained slaves/levies. To avoid being swamped by the number of minis, I've cheated a bit and made some fiery rollers.

The figures look very good.

The thing that attracted me to Spartacus's army was the fact that there was loads of potential for figure conversions and using different figures.

My initial army was in 15mm (about 25 years ago) but then I swapped for 25mm

I like the flaming rollers.

Well, I'll paint the army for Art de la guerre, a French ruleset about to be translated.

Au début de DBM j'ai joué spartacus !
Un gros travail de conversion

Great job !
I start DBM with a Spartacus army and i know that it's represent a big conversion job.
