One friend made a cartoon from a pirate battle we had this week-end.
It begins when three pirate ships appear near a Spanish town, and attack a small fishing boat the "San Guacamole de la Constipación". The fishermen fight back but not for long...

Sorry it's all in French...
(…except a few words in Spanish as one side is "Spanish" but certainly with language mistakes, apologies to our Spanish-speaking friends here!)

Our friend Dids translated his cartoon in English :

Thanks for the English version. :)
What a great looking game and on what a scale!!
I already have your Argad rules, although I have yet to try them.
Are the rules "Per Mare et Terras" available in English and do they "mesh" with the naval rules?

"Argad!" rules are currently rewritten (again! >:() for more simplification… (I made the mistake to include too many complications, and complicated charts, in 2010-2011… :'()
The "PMET" naval rules are not yet available in English ..not even in French, as Dids is still working on some small details. I think his game system is very interesting. PMET is fully compatible with Argad! but would probably work well with most land skirmish rules also.
