Scheltrum - great interwar vehicle range,
Copplestone - good range of 30s armour,
Empress - modest SCW range
brigade games - couple of good vehicles trucks, in their 30s pulp range
Company B - (also stocked by brigade games) mainly WWII, but a small number of 30s vehicles which were will around when war broke out.
JFTM Enterprises: same as comp B
Warlord - same as comp B, I do particularly like their loyd-carden carrier
Force-of-arms - great SCW range, but the company is on hold at the moment - however you can still get most of their range through great hall games
Under-the-bed Miniatures stock some vehicles as part of their VBCW range (which I believe are revier miniatures)
Reverscio (?) Miniatures: Do some interwar trucks an cars, but very old school sculpting
1st Corps: do some interwar motor bikes.

Matchbox do a Rolls Royce armoured car, though it looks flippin' huge compared to the others.

Looking at period pictures of people standing by them I think its closer to the right scale myself.

I was going to sell mine as well as it looks huge next to the other ones the guys in my club have :)

You might also want to check Black Army Productions. They have some armoured cars...

I'm not much a fan of their miniatures, how are their vehicles?

I have two of there Tyneside Armoured Car's but they aren't finished yet. There rather large compared to 28mm miniatures.

I think the Reiver/UTB vehicles are really good.

There are a few of us who like the old Dinky Toys Medium tank ( a Mark II), light tank, (a Mark III or IV). They are often expensive on ebay, but you can be lucky.
