Title: Comic Book Style Photo Editor

I have seen some reports done in comic style but unsure of what editor to get. Is there a free one? Thought it would be cool to do some battle reports on my blog with some flair.

that would be Comic Life.Its not free but you can get a Free 30 Days Test Version  :)
