Title: Hobbit / Halfling
Post by: redshadows on 19 April 2013, 12:13:06 PM
Hi Everyone  :)

I couldn't sleep yesterday so I sculpted this Hobbit / Halfling

I'm not sure about his face  :?
What do you think?

Another great piece, you have a real knack for capturing "character" in your sculpts. Wonderful.

BUT....when are we going to see some in production?  I am waiting on the Marionette and the Silent Hill Nurse.....I have use for both of them.

Thanks  :)

The Silent Hill nurse is at CP models so it should be released very soon

As for the Marionette, I'm working on a few more with changeable limbs and heads  ;)

Great news on the Nurse. As for the Marionette(s), if you make one with a really really long nose I would not even need to convert it into the Pinocchio I need for my ongoing Grimm FairyTales project :D.

Wow, that is a splendid sculpt! It looks like a wonderful little miniature. Don't worry about the face, I think it looks wonderful!

I think he is a really nice little sculpt.
 :-*

He reminds me of Rotundo, one of the Halflings in the Citadel Compendium 3.

I like that little fella and use him in my Mordheim Nordland warband as Ensign Kurtz, affectionately known as 'The Boy' to the rest of the band.

I could see him fitting in nicely with the other Halflings in Citadels earlier catalogues.

I like him a lot, good sculpt - only thing I'd maybe change is to bulk the cloak a little more around the rear end - he needs a bit more bum!

cheers
