Hello,

   were there any partisan groups (civilian or military)  in Serbia, Montenegro and Romania during WW1 ?

Albanian rebels/bandits called Kacaks were active in the Pec and Gjakova regions who raided Serbian forces and later Bulgarian occupiers that they had previously welcomed.
