Hello,
were there any partisan groups (civilian or military) in Serbia, Montenegro and Romania during WW1 ?
Pat.

Albanian banditti certainly.
-
Albanian rebels/bandits called Kacaks were active in the Pec and Gjakova regions who raided Serbian forces and later Bulgarian occupiers that they had previously welcomed.
