They're Mega Minis "Starship Crew" figures. And Kirk spends a season or two running around in this greeny-colored tunic instead of the usual Raumoffiziergelb, so that's the inspiration.

Brilliant.
One question though. If they all are on the away team at the same time, which one will be the first to die (Trek formula would seem to dictate Kirk, Spock, Bones and XXX, with XXX being the first to die)?
