Hello fellow gamers!

Great looking setup! How big are your modular boards? I've got a very similar setup for 28-30mm stuff. I went with 12 inch sections. I tried to go bigger, but didn't like the effect. Yours look great though and I think you've nailed it.

Thanks for the comments!
fergal, the board is 110cm x 88cm with 2.2 cm square.

I want them! :-*
Tell me your secrets!
And what scale vehicles are you using? 1/56?

Looks like its 15mm by looking at the figs and the scale of the builings.
Nice work anyway, really look cool

Interesting. Much smaller than I thought but...

Then that would make sense :)

Nice! Did you print the textures on and build them from scratch or do they come pre-printed, ready-to-build?
Saw the pics on the blog, looks great with the superheroes fighting among the buildings:)

They are the "CAPITAL CITY: Base Set" from Fat Dragon Games.
Very nice and easy to build.

Wow. That is an impressive layout.
Well done.

What a great city board. It looks very celan-built and I could imagine it as an advertisement for soem paper terrain manufacturer :-*

I own a few fat dragon sets, mostly dungeon stuff. However I stopped using paper materials when I realised how much it was costing me in ink. Now I can print dirt cheap at my school, and I have recently switched to 15mm as well. Your stuff is some pretty convincing material.
Did you downscale the Fat dragon files at all? I thought that all of their stuff was around 28mm and a complete wide shot, do you think they might work if I were to downscale them to 6mm? I'm still looking for good 6mm terrain for giant monster battles.

Really remarkable city-scape. I think it would cost a fortune in ink, but very cool!
