I painted these troops some time ago. They were posted on the SotR forum and the pictures were lost some time ago. So I thought to take new pictures and to share them again with you. The army itself is based around the KG Peiper from the LSSAH division to play the Ghostfront campaign.

Who's the big guy?
-
I think it's the AE WWII (was Darkson Designs, now owned by Blackball Games) German 'Rohlingsoldat' (super-soldier), hope that's helpful (it is a great mini).
-
The barrel-jumping werewolf is my favorite. Awesome model.
-
Thanks! What's a 'Rohlingsoldat'? lol
-
With those masks, they look like TISM.

Thanks for the positive waves :)
Since I play SotR, I always wanted to do an army based around the Castle Wolfenstein theme. For a start, we have the mad scientist, his bodyguards and a section of SWD garrison. The models can be used for games of Incursion also.

The second part of my German labo platoon : the big guys. The V-altered Krieg Gorilla (converted from a GW LotR Cave Troll), Hans and the Ubersoldat (Converted from a Rackham Abomination).

Awesome! The fur on the troll must have taken ages to apply. Also, I love how his face looks like he "used his head" to take out an allied tank. lol
-
The weathering on those vehicles is amazing - any tips on how you achieved it?

Not so long. Just applied green stuff and sculpted the fur with a sharpened edge of knife. The hard part was t take away the bumps on his back and to cut and vile the loin cloth to make him "naked".
Also, I love how his face looks like he "used his head" to take out an allied tank.
lol Yep, the headbutt is one of his specialties.

I use a mix of Mars black + Terracota (Liquitex) to obtain a dark brown that I can easily vary the taint. Your paint has to be wet but not transparent. The technique is the same as highlighting edges, but then partially (with dots and little stripes) and with a darker color. In the end, you can apply it here and there on flat surfaces. Washes are done with the same colors and adding orange for weathering effects. Hope it helps.
