Sunshine on a UK Bank Holiday Monday - it's just not right :o
.... so I stayed indoors and put brush to a new league. Even so it's taken me 2 days to paint and finish 9 men. I am very easily distracted.
I enjoy painting but I find it hard to start, let alone finish but I wanted another game of Pulp Alley. I had purchased the Afrika Korps chaps for the job and I don't like playing soldiers with shiny lumps of metal so let me introduce you to the new team.
A group shot in down town El Tel

Kolonel Kurt Manners, the leader of the band (with the goggles) - Commander and Indomitable Marksman with his Trusty Sidekick, Gunther Luntch a Shrewd and Deductive sort.

Four trusted allies - Korporal Bernd Biskit (him with the mad blue eyes - I can't paint eyes), Mad Abdul the Arab, Willie Flascher and Helmut Rasch.

and finally the cannon fodder Followers - 3 trusty Marksmen with Rifles, Hans Zoff, Otto Mobil und Klaus Schott

they are off to find and secure a Top Secret Weapon hidden somewhere in the mud huts and stinking alley ways of El Tel. Will they be foiled by the brave soldiers and agents of the Allied PSD?
there will be secrets and contraband ..... and a very suspicious Frenchman ;)
AAR to follow soon ... I had a game last night
and yes, I do have a very childish sense of humour :D (and I apologise to any Germans but English names are maybe humourous to you?)
and as an afterthought ... a twilight shot

my camera skills are normally pretty poor but this one worked quite well (for me)

Excellent work. Looking forward to your report.
I love the names, especially Helmut Rasch, "Carry On Up The Korps"! :D

Very nice. Great colour schemes.
A tip on painting eyes easily: Paint the whites but do the pupils with a fine (1mm) marker.
Cheers,
Iankh

I really like how you did your Heroclix miniatures. That's a nice body swap. :)
