Hasslefree Miniatures have lots of symbols/warnings but you may like to try Dreampod 9 for decals for mechs.

You might also want to take a look at the Dust Decals. They have a special sheet with warning signs (No Step, Caution etc.) which are pretty useful for all kinds of Walkers.

If you can'T find others, I still got some of the 'old' Hasslefree decals + some from random Japanese placcy kits (didn't want to post the pic, as it's huge thus just a thumbnail + link). Card symbols, high voltage & radioctive warnings:
