Post by: OSHIROmodels on May 18, 2013, 10:10:34 AM
No WIP pictures I'm afraid but I've recently finished this as a commission.

Thanks chaps  :)

The tiles are good old Wills and the columns are something we had left over at work from a 1:87 model of the Bank of England. They were made inhouse, both the capital and the column proper. Before my time but we still have the moulds although they are really starting to get worn out  :?

That is a very impressive piece.  Can't for the life of me think why I would ever need a temple on table, but I still want one!

What size is it? Could we have a mini beside it for scale?

It's for 28mm and the door is about 35-40mm high.

I'd take a picture with a figure next to it but it's in France now  :)

Can't remember the name but I get mine from Anticsonline and they are red in colour which should help as I think they are the only red sheets in the range.

I know here in the States those tile sheets can be purchased under the Plastruct brand name.  They do multiple scales for architectural models and such.  They also come in the red color shown here.
