Just got an email from Askari telling me about these, so thought I would share...

Sometimes I find Askari miniatures have really odd, unnatural poses, or strange big hands and such, but I think these ones would pass muster. Been missing some dismounted figures for those camel riders I (and Hammers) did years ago, and the first pack would fit the bill perfectly, I think.

Certainly an improvement over previous efforts - I quite like these.

They look quite dynamic. The hats look a bit like folded pancakes (or like Guardia Civil Funny Hatstm turned sideways) but other than that I like them. The KAR 98 are nice.
-
They look very good, especially the skirmishing figures. The head poses on the first gun crew look slightly weird; as if they are worried about tripping over instead of actually firing their gun.

Nice, I wonder how they would match Pulp miniatures Germans in size ???
-
I can give you a size comparison of an Askari Miniatures Italian and a Pulp Figures German, if that's any use...
