Title: Who makes this Bob Dylan miniature?

Hello,
I found this picture on google:

I have seen this miniature before on the internet, but the site of this picture is down (http://www.frpgames.com/cart.php?m=product_detail&p=31229) so I can't see information about it. I couldn't find another webpage about it, so does anyone know if this miniature is still being sold, and if so, by whom?

That looks really nice, I especially like the way you did the guitar!  8)
I want this miniature even more now.
