Title: Three Musketeer era civilians
Post by: PaulJB on 15 June 2013, 09:30:34 PM
After finally getting my hands on the Brigade Games Three Musketeers figures I want some civilians figs to match in size. I have some of Warlords armed clubmen but I want civilians, inn keepers, wenches and ladies.

Alas the redoubt figures don't match in size and Brigade offerings are a bit too posh for what I want. I did think Foundry had ECW civilians but could find nothing on their website.

Many thanks

Paul

There's a pack here (ECW36, Civilians): http://wargamesfoundry.com/our-ranges/english-civil-war/english-civil-war-infantry-and-officers-collection-bcecw004/ (http://wargamesfoundry.com/our-ranges/english-civil-war/english-civil-war-infantry-and-officers-collection-bcecw004/), plus the blacksmith pack here: http://wargamesfoundry.com/our-ranges/english-civil-war/english-civil-war-cavalry-and-generals-collection-bcecw001/ (http://wargamesfoundry.com/our-ranges/english-civil-war/english-civil-war-cavalry-and-generals-collection-bcecw001/), but that's not all Foundry have ever done.

I used civilians from quite a few manufacturers for my currently dormant Hobs Hill, 1645 project, some of which may be of use to you: http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=28898.0 (http://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=28898.0).

Eureka also has some figures that could work out (standard bearers can be carrying a cane instead of the standard):

And Brigade Games has a wide variety of figures, many of which can be civilian (armed that is)

and Old Glory has these clubmen;  http://www.oldgloryminiatures.com/proddetail.asp?prod=ECW-47

Bicorne has some civilians in their ECW range, you have to kind of dig for them, iirc they are listed in "other" on their ECW list
