As it says above, I tried to write an AAR for our first forays into this fine system and failed miserably. So I've decide to approach it a little differently and instead am keeping a record of events as a fictional journal.

Let me know what you all think!

Very clever. Adds a bit of mystery, and has me wanting to see an AAR to go with this case file.

Thanks.
I have it on very good authority (the Chief Inspector himself!) that once funds are allocated (and I finish painting my Scotland Yard Company) he shall be investing in one of those fancy Kodak things that everyone raves about as below:

A good way to report battles. I'll have to try it on my next one.

I had to think about this for a minute before I realised that you WEREN'T annoyed with the site ...

I've seen steps in this direction, including using comic-drafting software, and the odd old timey newspaper accounts, but this was smashing.

Unfortunately, the worst part of my experience. Not sure if it's because my desktop is virtual, but ran really clunky for me. Started to print as a document, but it appears the controls allow printing of single pages only. Sitting in the NOC of a state university, pretty sure it's not a slow link. ;)
DO continue; I shall persevere, no matter the travails! lol

Two great people divided by a single language! Would NEVER have occurred to me! lol

Ha ha, flipping :D
Being a Yorkshireman I usually add "heck" at the end. Not sure why it runs clunky although it is free. If I enjoy the writing I may have to invest in some software.
Cheers all.

Major Steharan,
I have featured your excellent piece in the IHMN Blog - so expect guests :D

General Lord Craig Arthur Wellesey Cartmell you are most welcome, as are all guests who care to expose themselves to the witty repartee of the right honorable Inspector Johnson. However I must warn you that he is a bit of a cad and shall be revealed as such in further case notes.
Now i really must get some sleep.
