I presume he means the magazine, not the rule book. ePub is an electronic book format.
Not worth mail ordering the magazine? I know international shipping has gotten silly but there must be someone over there who sells it?

Not likely, but I'll have our store manager check with distributors.
Between cost for a single magazine and shippage, I think it's something like 2/3 of a full PDF sub. Even if I've got the pound/dollar thing confused, 1/2?
Edit: *blush* Yepper, smidge less than half, and a new sub gets seven issues including current.
If I had an indication of Paypal, I'd have it already. ;->=

I've had good luck finding WS&S at Barnes and Noble. It's really hit or miss which ones stock it, but half the B&Ns out in the boonies of Virginia get it. It sells out quick though.

I have to echo that the electronic subscription to WSS is a super way to go.
I've had Great service from the publisher and the cost is very reasonable.
Now to bring those Kentish Men to the table! What a nasty lot they are. :-*

Yeah, no luck here (MD/DC, in fact.) I can wait on the PDF! Probably! Heh. They appear to put them out the month after the physical mag, or so...

It will be at least a couple of months before we put it on the blog to allow for overseas distribution of the magazine.
WSS have been very kind to us so we're just paying them back :)

Yep, the PDF of the previous issue appears for general sale when the new paper issue is published. If you subscribe, however, there's the option to start with the latest issue. Just in case you can't wait.
I'll check with our distributor which stores have WSS on sale in MD/DC. It seems to be more difficult to get B&N to get used to WSS than to our other, more clearly military history-minded magazines... o_o

Make that most of the US, if you can. At least, any chains to speak of, as I doubt you'll have a single store in Nebraska.
As for comments on B&N, I might start raving about mass market upscale/yuppie wannebees, but then back peddle on a) how oft I do go, b) having to admit She-Who-Must-Be-Obeyed has a membership, which I use on occasion. ::)

Been to both in Lincoln (two stores), neither had 'em.

As Praefectusclassis knows, I broke down and picked up the downloadable version; OMM didn't miss a sale, mind you. I probably would have considered that one step too many. I will check them out for other possible items. Thanks!
FYI, all; I was confused when I spoke earlier, thinking that the current issue was complimentary for new subscriptions. You still pay a separate fee, but nothing I'm complaining about!
