Hi - I posted this on dakkkadakka a while back but given that it is related to my earlier post about modern bush war vehicles I thought I would post it again here.
I live in Durban, a port city in South Africa. Access to retired shipping containers means a lot of them end up converted into roadside stores called "spaza" shops.

So I thought I would make a table top version of these based on the shipping containers I have already done.

The blue one is the spaza shop. The orange and white is another South African feature - a "shisa nyama" (an informal pub/tavern).
There are a ton more pictures here if you are interested: http://nothingunpainted.blogspot.com/2013/06/container-retail-set.html (http://nothingunpainted.blogspot.com/2013/06/container-retail-set.html)

Very nicely done.

Very cool and although it is an actual feature it could well be post-apocalyptic as well!

I think you can consider that idea 'borrowed' by me. nice work.
