Title: TMNT Triceratons?
Post by: Freelancer on July 14, 2013, 06:00:28 AM
I've been trying to come up with a different sci fi army theme for Gruntz and recalled my fondness for Triceratons from the original Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comics. I was suprised to find out that Dark Horse miniatures released a range of TMNT miniatures including Triceratons. I saw a pack on ebay for $25, but the seller only posts to mainland USA. Does anyone else know of a source for these miniatures?

25 is a pretty good deal, maybe you can get someone on  the forum to help you with delivery.  I remember the ads in the back of the comics when I was a kid.  I've seen packs selling for close to 75.  I have heard that the minis run small in the 25mm scale.  Just make sure they are the right size for what you need.  All you need now are the Ultroms!  Good Luck.

I was planning to use them for 15mm as they only appear to be man-sized 20mm and Triceratons are meant to be 8-9ft tall. So I figured they'd work for the smaller scale.

PM me.

Depending on postage costs I might be able to help on Payday (19th.)  If not then surely two weeks later.

Gracias,

Glenn

I know my friend Stan Johansen is selling the 4 turtles painted for 95.  Steep but I can vouch for the quality of his painting.  Just google Stan Johansen.

Pm sent Glenn.

As for turtles, i have a set of 28 mm miniatures made by an Australian company call Inquisition miniatures. I managed to buy them before they were withdrawn from sale for copyright infringement.
