So who makes 28mm seated figures suitable as drivers for VSF steam carriages. I'm after figures in both military tunics and civilian wear that will look ok alongside IHMN figures. As far as postures go, I'm after figures suitable as Victorian equivalents of modern car drivers.
A manufacturer selling nice 19th century single limber rider figures might be an option for the military uniform option.
Any suggestions?

No but I would take about half a dozen myself.

Dixon Miniatures wild west wagon driver. They do a seated shirtsleeves version, I am sure Trevor Dixon would sell them individually especially if buying a few of them. Most useful is the version wearing a bowler hat.
Redoubt do a seated limber rider in their Sudan or Zulu ranges that is wearing military tunic and pith helmet.

Might be a bit too recent, but how about the Empress Spanish Civil War VEH10 - Drivers

Those guys are great but I think they all need sandwiches for those open mits.

@ Malamute - thanks Nick - I see Dixon also doe separate ACW limber riders which might convert well (head change and lengthen any shell jackets) into Police drivers
@ AfricanAl - its a pit that three of the figures are in obviously 20th century uniforms, because the three civilian types are splendid.

Hinterland has several new female seated driver figures.
