Sorry, all you hoping I've converted to those oversized miniatures! lol It's for a "local" gamer:
"Looking for a source that sells 28mm minis of TV / Movie cowboys including the collection that had John Wayne, Gary Cooper, James Arness and a few others."
Anyone able to offer assistance? If so, thanks! :)

What, no one can assist here? Alex is a good chap and I'd love to help him find what he's looking for so any help greatly appreciated. :(

I can think of some from diffrent sources, but it sounds like this is all one set your looking for?

Try the following:
1) The set of figures for the original True Grit

2) Knuckleduster Miniatures has a variety of sets from several movies and Forrest Harris is a fantastic dealer...

3) Old Glory has a variety of TV figures and Teresa, Connie, Joel and Russ are all great and very helpful people

Good luck.

I'm not overly familiar with the various Old West ranges unfortunately. I found the one range I like best and ran with it --- I'm also pretty new to the Old West scene. I know some guys on here have been gaming it for 20 years... lol

Artizan and Ebob have Man with No Name ranges.
Crusader has a mounted/dismounted True Grit Marshal
Artizan has some Deadwood characters.
-
Brigade Games has a fair few Deadwood inspired minis. They also have True Grit Rooster (new version), Hell on Wheels' Cullen and the Swede and a set that includes Virgil and Everett from Appaloosa and Ben Wade from 3:10 to Yuma (Russell Crowe).
The Great Escape Games DMH ranges had loads of inspired minis throughout including Doc Holliday, Cullen Bohannon, The Preacher from Pale Rider, Django (Unchained), Charlie Prince from 3:10 to Yuma.

That's more like you fine folk here at LAF. Thanks, all. And if more ideas arrive I'll pass them on to Alex. :)

Quite inspirational actually for character figures. :)
