Hinterland breaks even……for the moment.
Hi All,
I am pleased to be able to announce that for the first time since Hinterland Miniatures launched in March of 2010, it is breaking even. Yup, I have now taken out of Hinterland the same amount of money I have put into it – woo hoo!
Unfortunately, this status is something of an illusion. With sales being brisk lately, I’ve been forced to place a big re-stock order with my caster, and as soon as I’m billed for that re-stock, I’ll be back in the red. Furthermore, Paul is currently working on what will probably be the most expensive Hinterland sculpting commission yet.
Nevertheless, while my announcement may be somewhat premature, it will probably be some time before I can make it again, so I’m savoring the moment. I appreciate all the customers who have made Hinterland an enjoyable experience thus far – thank you.

Well done, that's good news for everyone! From what I've seen of your figures the gaming community is the richer for them :)

Great News Jason-
Buy everything you want now before reality steps in!

Yes, well done. Quality concept, quality execution and quality service

Congrats Jason, well done!
I'm still far from, maybe I have to release and comission less figures :)
-
Great news Jason. One day I'll actually get around to painting all the lead I've bought from you :D
-
Congratulations! That's awesome news and considering the quality of your miniatures and of the concept it's well deserved to say the least and now I'm very curious on what the new miniature will be ;).
Keep up the great work! (working on a new order as I type ;))

Congratulations!

Same here. If I'd stuck to the dwarfs, I might've had a shot at it. ;)

You mean all you miniature moguls aren't playboy millionaires? ;)
-
Congratulations!.
Hopefully I will be able to put money into Hinterland again in the future.
:)
-
that's great, really! Congratulations!

Thanks for all the congratulations. As I said, my financial "success" is only temporary, but it feels good nevertheless. :D

You should enjoy it as it's been earned. My financial 'success' has just taken another hit as of about 20 minutes ago when one of the front coil springs on the car collapsed! More bloody money! Aaaggghhh >:(
