Hiya people,
I am wondering where one might place adverts for their online shop, such as SLAP Minis.
I’ve looked into a few places, such as TMP. (no luck there, after an initial reply I’ve just been ignored for whatever reason?!) I know of Warseer and will be placing an add in the future. Oh and the wargames review chap who I’ll be sorting out a package for. http://wargameterrain.blogspot.co.uk/
The only other places I’ve used to post news and updates are here at the good old LAF, Frothers and facebook. Facebook seems to be working well for other miniature companies, but seems a bit ropey for me at best.
Do any of you have good knowledge or experience of where you or others learn of new minis? If so I would appreciate a heads up! As some others would too I imagine.
Thanks
Stu

Not sure that I can answer your question, but that armoured wolf (Brachius) looks brilliant! Gone straight on my ever-lengthening list of fantasy miniatures to acquire :D

Tabletop Gaming news seems to sell banner space. No idea about the cost thereof.

Thanks, good stuff.
Keep it coming!

Have you considered sending samples off to the magazines? I know they tend to focus on the big boys but perhaps worth a try?
Also perhaps a few well painted samples on the Steve Dean site?
FB might get even better if you boosted a release related post, or even took an advert.

That would be me, I also offer banner space if interested and when you feel neglicted by larger networks :)
Cheers

If you are an advertiser at TMP then you can do the news. It can take a few prods to get that sorted, but then it seems to work fine.

No advertising space but someplace to submit news to: http://ttfix.blogspot.com
If you scroll down a bit, on the right side you'll find a paragraph titled 'contact us':
(...) If you are representing a company in the hobby, feel free to send us news items! (...)
Might be worth giving that a try as well for announcing new releases.

Well the two places I get most of my miniature news from is either here on the forum or on TTGN's news feed. I do follow some companies on FB as well but TTGN is the winner for me at least, both the submitted news and in some cases the ads.
