I have painted my first Afghan tribesmen from Empress Miniatures:

My idea is to paint a full band of outlaws, to play this scenario: http://waziristanonafancy.blogspot.com.es/2013/07/the-first-scenario.html
These figures are very nice, and have a lot of detail. I´m awaiting now the British and Indian troops also from Paul Hicks.
Cheers!

Nice work on the tribesmen, enjoyed the scenario on the blog ,the Indian regulars there looked good too, looking forward to more posts.

Wow, they look great!

Nice work! 8)
I'd be very interested to know how well do you think they will fit with the Foundry range that the Perry's sculpted?
Darrell.

Just finished twelve of these myself. They are larger than old Foundry ones I think, but many in crouching poses so I guess it won't matter to all but the fixated! They are more detailed though and hence more time consuming to paint.

Here is the comparative; I think they mix really well (in fact, I´m going to use both ranges in the same games).

I agree, they mix well,I don't think you'll have any problems using them in the same unit.

Thanks chaps 8).

Very nice indeed, I don't see any problems of mixing.
