Hello folks,
i followed this forum for years offline and now i decided to go online and share with you my figures. Inspired from many excellent figures here, i want to show you my last unit that i could finished recently for the ACW.
The 28th moves forward as a part of the Irish Brigade to clear the wheatfield near Gettysburg.

Nice work :) :) :)

Very nice. Some fine brushwork you have there.
I saw these fine fellows in the flesh so to speak at the 150th anniversary reenactment this year. The green field of their flag looked particularly resplendent as it fluttered in the sunshine.

Beautifully done! Not a big ACW person, but those are really nice!

Stunning! You made great use of the plastic reb figures. Something i want to do later on as well :-*

Thank you for your kind words. :)
The figures are all sculpted by Michael & Alan Perry.
The plastic rebs are well sculpted, much better than their old ones.
But they all wearing shell jackets. In 1863 the Irish Brigade uses only sack coats.
In this point it doesn´t fit really well. Maybe some used their old shell jackets from 1862 through 1863, i dont know.
I hope they do some plastic Union as well. That would be amazing.
Cheers !
