Okay all you people looking for that certain special something for Dodge Rodgers to gallavant through space. I came across this seller today (8th May). Its a little pricey, but for wood and resin they may be worth the price. Look under his sci-fi range of stuff for sell.
Here's a link to the one I particularlly liked:

Maybe someone with some real computer skills can post some of the other pics, too.
Cheers

Aye, they have beautiful rockets. :-* :-* :-*
But at that price and with P&P it may be cheaper to find someone who owns a lathe... :'(
Nevertheless, thanks for posting. BTW, these are amongst my favourites:

Actually, they look a little bit like my grannys insulated coffe-pot of an early 1970s vintage. lol ;)

Wasn't there a disney speculative science short that featured that rocket for a trip to mars or something?

Thanks for the link. They do have some good stuff, but way too pricey. I will work on the Denny's cups I picked up yesterday!! :) :)

How'd you get the cup, I've been looking for one for months? Lucky stiff!!!

It's this newer kind not the earlier version you saw converted on these boards before.

But if you need some of these ther's a Denny's right down the street from work. I can get them for $2.50 each. Let me know if you want some and I'll pick them up at cost plus shipping for you.

Those are great, but I'm not so sure about the free 1/1 scale kid that comes with them :?

@Doomsdave
Any idea how much postage to the UK would be?

They're ok if you get one that can paint. Or at least do the gardening.
A slim one is easier for cleaning the chimney too :~}

I'm not sure. The link below is to the USPS. It shows starting shipping at $7.00 to Wales :o The prices go up from there. If you want to try FedEx or UPS for other pricing you can look at their website price calculators. My zipcode is 30011. PM me if you come up with an option that works.
