Hi everyone! i'm going to start a little project for modular structure for a middle east setting. I'm looking for images or plans for builings like this (from COD4:MW)
any hint-link-advice could be REALLY appreciated!

Google image search has a lot. And Ambush Alley Terrain section - some nice stuff there.
The trick with terrain is working how to scale down real life buildings (what details to drop, etc).

When i search middle east buildings on google i mostly found the oldish looking ones... the one flat in mud and bricks...

Yep. that's what i do, usually. ;)
I'm planning to produce the sets in plaster or resin, actually... so i'll try to keep as many details as i can ^^

Search by city, ie "building Lebanon" or "apartment Cairo". Travel photo sites (again by city) are getting me some success.
Or on Google Maps drop into cities and use streetview/Panoramio to get an idea.

Plans of the maps from the COD and BF are all over the place. What is interesting is that they also scale down the buildings to suit their games. While they don't give measurements, cars and suchlike in the street give some idea of scale.
The 'real thing' can be very difficult to model, due to the centuries of buildings over-laid on available ground space. These constructed maps tend to 'cleaner', while still giving the appearance of what is represented.

Actually what i need are just plans, since i'm gonna sculpt single buildings and hopefully cast them in resin!
BTW, i don't see the COD plans around. I've done a long search, but i found only a few screenshots.
Aren't there database of pictures from the latest wars? I'm looking more for something like this than just keyword to google... :)
Thanks

A long list but I think it shows what you're searching for?

Isn't there a map editor for that game? Barring that, play it and take loads of screenshots of bits you like.

That's a good idea! probably i should use some cheats, to avoid triggered scenes, that are a little common in that game :D
EDIT:
meanwhile, i found some galleries, like this one:
