I am sure they would sell more if there were pics of the set on the Old Glory website. About two thirds of the range has pics but the rest don't. Strange.

This is something which bugs me about many retailers in the gaming world.  It's 2013...we live in a world of cheap digital cameras, heck most of our phones have excellent cameras.  We also live in a world of simple websites and cheap web page design.

Yet some companies still run websites like it's 1997 with Geocities...no pictures, product "lists" etc.  It's as if they're intentionally trying to avoid selling too much product.  I simply can't fathom it.  If I can't see a decent photo to see what I'm buying, I don't.  Many companies have lost a chance at my business because I don't buy based on faith.  Really weird choice.

Totally agree elbows,even on eBay etc,if I cannot see it,I won't bother.

Excellent! Who makes them, West Wind or Old Glory? I can't find them on either website ::)
