Title: Need Help finding tutorial

A ways back someone posted a link to a tutorial for a futuristic city. It was very clean looking. Sleek and modern instead of grungy. If I recall the actual tutorial was in Spanish, but offered a ton of great photos...

Anybody remember the link?
