Title: (COMMERCIAL) Excellent Service from Crooked Dice

I recently sent an order to Crooked Dice. The figures came commendably quickly but unfortunately one had been damaged in transit. Sent an email to the company and within a couple of hours they got back to me to say they would replace the figure and that I was welcome to keep the damaged one. The very next day the replacement figure arrived at my home!

Very impressed with Crooked Dice! :)

I will second this. Great communication with Graeme pre order. Very pleased with the products too.

Graeme over there is great!  I had a small issue with an order and they got me fixed right up.
