A friend of mine wants to run a Classic BSG game and is looking for suggestions for miniatures. Do any actually exist?

There might have been some official releases, but I don't know about those.
I do know I've seen some NOT-BSG (both old and new) fighters and shuttles in approximately the same scale as the Silent Death ships for sure. No idea who makes them or where you can find them though...
Oh; and you'd probably need some old Revell Galactica and Base Star kits to match the scale too of course... :D

the old Void range has a few that would fit as pilots
the other "uniforms" are rather generic, and the civilian stuff is Hollywood fantasy anyway
I don't know where You could get the old cylon models, but straightened plastic GW necrons make for some good new centurion stand-ins

Studio Bergstrom and Ravenstar are both making BSG Ships in different Scales :)

Thanks gents!

Also, don't forget the occasional Titanium 'Classic' that comes up, even at reasonable prices, though mixing the battlestars and basestars with the fighters, even on squadron stands, is a bit disconcerting. lol

Edit: And I think Hangar 18 are still available, though I think he announced he was retiring by the end of the year.

Try searching Shapeways (http://www.shapeways.com), too. Tons of spaceship miniatures there. I'd be shocked if you couldn't find at least a reasonable proxy.
