I am back from a 2 week Mediterranean vacation. In Venice I noticed some VERY good art shops, one had a huge selection of pigments in all kinds of colours.
The corroded copper colour catch my eye and I thought of my unfinished Marine Statue from the Honoured Imperium.

It all worked like a charm, one layer black undercoat, some gold spray and the pigment.
I am using MIG pigment fixer after applying the powder.
For the base the same technique, dark grey, pigments - DONE!
Call me happy, have to go to Venice again. ;)

It looks OK but I would have been tempted to put some shading on it before the pigments. It looks a bit flat at the moment... something like this but with the verdigris that you have used (I borrowed this pic from the WWW):

Nice one, Agis.
Quick and looks good to boot.

Tell me about it!
Some of my terrain pieces took ages, so when I can put something together really quick it does feel good.

Yup, I will use it in 30K Heresy games.
