Does anyone know who makes them?

I know they're out there but damned if I can remember who, I think it may be a US firm...

Yup, Khurasan.

There's another very good 'not Harry' out there, which I think is by Hasslefree and called 'Frank Cisco', but their site appears to be down so I can't check.
