Title: First 2 completed
Post by: pistolpete on 30 October 2013, 06:31:24 PM
here's my first completed pulp figures - two british explorers. other than one being a lord/sir and the other his valet i haven't come up with anything for background. it's also my first go with the camera so forgive the picture quality. comments welcome.

i'm using the other two as leaders for my other leagues - which will be posted once they're done; i just need to do a couple of details then wash/highlight.   hopefully i'll have the camera figured out soon too.

They look like a pair of jolly good chaps.
Well done.

These guys look great. They have that 'just stopped for tea and sandwiches after surveying the route for Her Majesty's telegraph line to Khartoum' feel about them. Agree that a wash and highlight or two would give them a little more of that bleached and dusty look - but I'd be happy with them as they are.
