and i'm planning a service station ( coal&water station ?) any idea ?

The figures I've seen best used for drivers are the wagon drivers from North Star and the chauffeur from Sloppy Jalopy.

It's one of those little 'holy grails' of mine. There are very few minis out there that actually look like they are sitting and driving....most seem to have a coat hanger in the coat and a broom up their butt.....plus the feet never seem to hit the pedals? I like the sloppy jalopy guys though :)

arghhh i will wait a little and order some sloppy jalopy figs .
too much things to order this month ;D.

Company B doe a good number of vehicle crew figures. I have head changed one of their Model T crew to produce a British policeman that scales in nicely with my Nortstar IHMN and Westwind figures. Their Italian staff car crew look useful too.
I'm also going to use head-changed Dixon ACW limber riders and Wild West wagon/coach drivers.

How about the three civilian drivers in Empress' SCW set

Dixons do car passengers in their gangsters range.
