Title: Opponents wanted for historical games in Ipswich

I've recently moved to Ipswich (Suffolk, UK not Essex County, Massachusetts or Queensland, Australia!) and am looking for some people to game with, preferably historical games. I'm interested in most eras and although I will play most rules I'm definitley more inclined towards social fun gaming than competitive or serious games. So WAB rather than DBM/FoG, Shako or BP rather than Empire, RoE rather than Squad Leader if you get my drift. Please PM me!

Hello Rob,

I go to a wargames club in New Buckenham, Norfolk. We have club members from Ipswich and Colchester. We meet on most Fridays and have some infrequent larger games on Saturdays. We have a face book page, (search on 'New Buckenham Historical wargamers')

We do many periods and rules and on our facebook page we have photos from many of our club meetings.

You could also try my club in Newton Green just outside Sudbury (40 minute drive from Ipsiwch?)
