Title: Reaper Skinsaw Man

I am looking for some figures to go with this one that I just received, more along the lines of followers. I know of the other Reaper cultist and the one from Pathfinder.
Anything in Heroclix, Horrorclix or Malifaux similar to him?

To my eye he has the look of a Nosferatu-type figure.  West Wind's Vampire Wars has two packs of Nosferatu (GH09 and GH47).  Richard
