I'm having difficulties with this guy.
The camera really brings out every single little error, it is frustrating. I must be at the age where I need glasses as I don't see any of these obvious areas of sloppiness with my naked eye.
The facings on the jacket are gold, I don't know why they came out silver here. Also, the grip of the pistol and dagger are brown, not this invisible color. Strange.
Anyway, any advice on how to touch him up and complete him so he doesn't look so sloppy? Thanks!

Make the jaw darker and the face, especially around the nose lighter. That should reduce the slack jaw look he going on a bit. I have the mini lying around at another place so I can't get it to compare and give better advice I'm afraid.

Brightening up the chest ribs and the coat (not too much) might help him pop too. He's very muddy.

He looks a flat black in lots of places from the photo.
A few things to try:
1) Rusty swords
2) Lighter rib cage
3) Lighter pants (leave the boots black though)
4) Glowing green eyes :o
5) White teeth compared to a grey skull
6) Possibly a red belt?
