Title: 28mm 12/13th centuries feudal minis size comparison
Post by: SgtPerry on December 09, 2013, 07:33:55 AM
As I finished the painting of my first Fireforge games minis, I decided to take some photos to compare the minis with the other ranges of the same period of time (13th century) that I already have painted, Gripping Beast, Curteys Miniatures and Crusader Miniatures.

Here the mounted knights, following the link, I also added, dismounted knights, men-at-arms and crossbowmen.

Excellent - thanks for that, I've been collecting figs for a refight of the Battle of Barra between Robert the Bruce and John Comyn at Oldmeldrum nr Inverurie.

I have GB and Crusader, but wondered how the others would scale up.

Nice painting too!

Dear Oliver,

Thank-you for these comparisons. :)

I have some of the Fireforge Teutonics and Foot Sergeants.  I am quite pleased with them.

Please can you edit your picture caption in the initial post.
I think it should read "Crusader Miniatures, Curteys Miniatures, Fireforge Games and Gripping Beast"
Regards

Mick
