Title: Anybody recognize these?

I was digging through my box for something easy to paint last week when I found these guys:

I like them because they can be used for random D&D stuff, but I totally forget where I got them from. I vaguely remember getting them for a discount for buying something else, possibly from RAFM, but I'm not really sure. I do remember that they came with a card with their stats and stuff on it, but I threw that out.

Anybody recognize them?

Nice looking minis. So...if you would,what are they and who makes them? I could always use some spectral/wraith type figures and those look great.

any idea if you can buy just 3 of them at http://www.miniaturefigurines.co.uk/ ... I bought 3 zombies from them some time ago and they are avalaible yet, while on reapermini.come/store you have to buy 9 of them.
Maybe somebody has got the old 14001/14300 code of those Wraith Harvesters.
