They look great only the canteen seems like the one in use in Europe not the "Desert" one which is different.
-
Nicely done. Great overall effect.

Really? They look the same to me. - EDIT: I think I've spotted it, the lid/cup is narrower in the African one, yes?

Lovely models, lovely paintjobs.

Fantastic painting work. About the models, I don“t like them, but it is only an opinion.
Great colours!!!
-
That is not the one Cubs.
There was one for "the Desert" or "Tropical" use...
It is different because it had a vertical and also a horizontal set of straps and a smaller cup than the "European"one.
Also the Desert on has no cloth cover...

Gotcha. What is that, wood? Coconut?
-
Huh, I'd never even seen those helmets before. Good to know about them!
-
AHAHAHA! Looks like ts the wood that makes it good Cubs!!!

Really like the shades of Reed Green! By the end of the campaign they did vary a lot!
They "washed" some of their clothes scrubbing them in the sand, sometimes even used petrol as water was scarce!
The colors of the uniforms varied and the field caps were almost white sometimes!
