Lost out on an ebay auction but the title had fomorion Orcs...certainly not Celtos or Chronopia, anyone have any ideas who sold, sculpted them? :D

I think they are Celtic Orcs by Icon miniatures. Couldn't find them in Black Tree's fantasy catalog.

Google keeps changing the spelling but here is one of the answers but it doesn't help your search I regret.
Edit: "Did you mean: fomorian Orcs "
Closest thing I can view at work is:
http://books.google.com/books?id=K51MAAAAMAAJ&pg=PA6&lpg=PA6&dq=fomorion&source=bl&ots=V3FgHIL5YP&sig=NrqnwuIE_Op5SQo8QesrfuSLQq0&hl=en&sa=X&ei=jLiwUsTAOK_gsAST9IGQCw&ved=0CDsQ6AEwAzgK#v=onepage&q=fomorion&f=false
Edit: There is this:

Thank you all for this thread! I just found a pack of these in one of my boxes¹ and couldn't find any info on them anywhere else...
Now, knowing what they are, I just hope I'll do them justice with the paints...
