Title: 28mm Bamboo

Want to make some bamboo forests for ronin and kung fu games, anybody got any idea how to make it or someone who sells bamboo trees??

I've seen some threads about making bamboo either here or on TMP.  There is also an article on how to make it in one of the old Void army books, Viridian.  They called it meta-kane.  Maybe GW copywrited the word bamboo.   lol

They just took cocktail sticks painted with ribs and glued some flock to the tops, used in clumps on a base it looked pretty good.

The Bushido rulebook has a tutorial also, using skewers, that looks pretty cool. I've not made it yet though.

I made some simple stuff for my jungle.
Just painted wooden sticks.

Whilst cooking last month I noticed how much rosemary looks like 28mm bamboo when you pull off the leaves. Was looking into using that when I get back into my jungle project (so probably not soon...)

Hmm, I've got a huge rosemary shrub in the front garden. I may investigate.
