Title: Conquest plastic Norman foot what are they like?
Post by: dm on 21 December 2013, 05:26:57 PM
Putting together a force in 28mm that could be used post Hastings and up to and including the civil war of Stephen and Matilda.

I have all the mounted miniatures i need for it but only have a few foot and these are mostly standing shield and spear types and mostly from the Perry Miniatures 1st Crusade range with the kite shield. Not having been to any wargames events for a number of years havnt yet got round to having a look at the Norman foot by Conquest but have seen images online. Now wondering if these would fit in with the rest of my force which include Foundry, Perry and a few Crusader miniatures? Anyone bought these and do they fit in with other miniatures???

Any photos of them in collections/armies would be a superb help :)

Hi, I have reviewed the miniatures in the past and have a comparison picture with some miniatures including a perry miniature: http://wargameterrain.blogspot.be/2012/08/conquest-games-plastic-norman-infantry.html (http://wargameterrain.blogspot.be/2012/08/conquest-games-plastic-norman-infantry.html)

I hope it helps a bit.

Kind regards
