Title: (COMMERCIAL) Ebob
Post by: flags_of_war on 06 January 2014, 01:21:38 PM
Anyone able to easy my fears on giving them an order?

Ordered some buildings from him and ive not heard a thing since. It says on the site that it will take 28 days which was fine but it's way past a month now and i have sent a number of emails but not even getting a reply.

Cheers

Iain

I had exactly the same thing when I ordered some buildings a while back. They do usually take around 28 days to get them shipped over from the States but sometimes longer if they are out of stock at the suppliers. Had to wait around 8 weeks to get mine but they are well worth the wait though. Unusual not to get a reply to your emails. I've always found Bob to be prompt in replying to any enquiries, damn nice chap too. Refunded the postage costs for my order in view of the long wait.

Cheers. Ill try him from a different email. My Flags of war one might be going to junk mail or something as it's commercial email.

Don't forget that we just went through "the Holidays" and it is not that unusual for people to be "away", with "visiting family" and/or "Down South". All good reasons for not being in contact.  :)

Aye and if they're coming from the US you've their postage delays, our customs delay and then our postage system.

Probably working furiously to get his Recon 28 range into production before Salute.  ;)
